HSS Advanced Series Performance 3000
High performance cutting of steel tubes
Performance 3000 is an all-around saw blade for industrial applications on a very high performance level. The sophisticated multilayer coating combines high temperature resistance with a very low friction coefficient.
Advantages:
- Cuts faster and gives significantly longer blade life than the Economy 3000 blade
- Handles harder materials at higher cutting speeds than the Economy 3000 blade
- No side welding
- Ideal for cutting a variety of materials on a high performance level
Applications:
- Harder materials at higher cutting speeds
- Suggested cutting speed: 100 – 180 m/min
- Feed: 0,04 – 0,15 mm/tooth
- Machines: semi-automatic, automatic
